Florida law requires all couples wishing to get married to apply for a marriage license. Please review the information below for marriage license requirements.
How to Use
The first step in applying for a union license is to complete a Marriage License Application. You can do this in one of two ways:

Marriage License Requirements
Who Can Apply?
- Whatsoever male person or female age 18 or older

Additional Requirements
- Both parties must apply together in person.

Non-U.S. Residents and Residents of Other States
If you would like to get married in Orangish County and both parties are not Florida residents, you can come up to our office to buy your wedlock license and get married the same 24-hour interval.
